Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. All fees paid are non – refundable
2. Agreement can’t be cancelled during the term
3. Subscriptions are non transferable. They can’t be transferred / sold / re-assigned to any other party / entity by the customer
4. Customers are expected to “True Up” the excess usage at the end of each quarter. For example if a customer has subscribed for 100 licenses, but they used 120 in a quarter, they are expected to pay for 120 in the beginning of following quarter
